Adam Kimball
President and CEO

Mr. Adam Kimball is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FleetLogix. Adam is responsible for leading the company, formulating and executing growth strategies, and ensuring a company-wide focus on quality service, integrity, and professionalism. He maintains overall responsibility for operations, executive interactions with clients, and leading employees. Prior to founding FleetLogix, Adam worked in various Sales and Management positions with National Business Services Companies. Mr. Kimball’s experience in delivering high level process management and resource solutions has helped to provide a baseline for the FleetLogix systems and strategies.

Adam holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

 

Kevin Davis
Chief Operations Officer

Before joining the FleetLogix executive team, Mr. Davis served as the National Vice President of Transportation Services for the GCA Services Group.  Mr. Davis also served as a Regional Vice President where he oversaw the daily operations of maintenance services for over 45 million square feet of commercial facilities. Kevin possesses a tremendous amount of operational experience, and was extremely instrumental in the growth of the Transportation and Commercial Building Services divisions. Prior to joining GCA, Kevin served as co-owner of Dependable Building Maintenance Company servicing the Northwest US.

Kevin graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management.

 

Jamie Ellis
Vice President, Administration

Mr. Jamie Ellis serves as the Vice President of Administration, overseeing Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Risk Management.  His responsibilities include managing employee benefits, state & federal employment compliance, compensation, and the establishment of corporate policies and procedures.  Working closely with the FleetLogix Operations and HR divisions, Jamie helps determine workforce requirements and ensures resources are effectively leveraged to maximize our corporate relationships.  Prior to joining FleetLogix, Jamie was the Director of Business Development for the Junior Seau Foundation, a nationally recognized non-profit organization. Jamie’s efforts have greatly improved the lives of San Diego’s youth through the regular execution of prominent and exclusive fundraising events.

Jamie has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delaware, in Newark, DE.

 

Anette Nelson
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Anette Nelson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources operations for FleetLogix including strategy, employment law compliance, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and policy development. Anette is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years experience from a variety of different industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, manufacturing, hospitality, and non-profit. She has supported both large and small organizations, and has experience leading an HR team in both public and private companies. Prior to joining FleetLogix Anette provided HR consulting services to several local organizations, and she was the HR Director for the San Diego Center for Children for 4 years where she was a key contributor in the organization’s total transformation. Anette enjoys being a coach and mentor, and helping her organization be successful. Anette holds a BS degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix, and a certification as Professional in Human Resources. She is a former President for the San Diego Chapter of the National Human Resources Association and served on the board of directors as a volunteer for 5 years. Anette is actively involved in the local human resources and business community.

 

John Conlon
Chief Technologist

John has been contributing to the evolution of the digital technology space for just over twelve years.  Prior to FleetLogix, John served as the VP/Director of Operations & Technology for one of Chicago’s largest digital advertising agencies, Digitas.  While in his agency role, John pioneered digital solutions, and managed technology & data systems for some of the world’s most prominent Fortune 500 brands – Disney, Bank of America, and AT&T.  John is also engaged in industry organizations focused on overall innovation in the technology space.  John was a digital privacy advocate for the Publicis Groupe, and served as a member of Google’s Client Advisory Board.

John has a B.S. in Multimedia & Design from Northeastern University, and has completed additional coursework in Information Technology & Mathematics at Boston University.

Richard W. Fedorowich, Jr.
Director and Treasurer

Mr. Richard W. Fedorowich, Jr. is a Managing Director at Constantium Enterprises, a Member of Launchpad Venture Group, and is a member of the Board of Directors of DaVIZta, Fleetlogix and the Advisory Board of Chris Electronics. Rick was previously a CFO and senior executive at number of Fidelity Investments companies. Prior to Fidelity, he held a variety of Executive roles at Schroders plc and SV Life Sciences. During his time in Venture Capital and Private Equity, Mr. Fedorowich worked on over 80 private and public buy side equity transactions and over 40 sell side transactions. Before entering the Private Equity, Rick was with Ernst & Young, LLP, where Mr. Fedorowich worked in both an audit advisory and U.S. tax capacity serving an extensive  and varied client list.

Mr. Fedorowich is a C.P.A., holds a B.S. degree in Management from Bridgewater State University and has completed graduate work in Taxation at Bentley University.

Richard Kimball, Sr.
Director and Secretary

Mr. Richard N. Kimball, Sr. is a partner and co-chair of the technology practice group of the global law firm Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP which has offices in 15 cities in the United States, Europe and Asia.  Mr. Kimball is a corporate attorney who counsels public and private companies, as well as investment funds.  He has advised clients on hundreds of M&A, IPO and venture financing transactions and has represented more than 40 venture capital funds.  Richard has been very active in the Boston Bar Association, having held positions as co-chairperson of the Association’s Corporate Law Committee and Business Section and as a member of the Association’s governing body.   Mr. Kimball has been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in each of the past six years.

Mr. Kimball is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, Suma Cum Laude and President’s Key Recipient.
