We only collect the limited personal data required for system access and function.  We do not market or sell your data.  Data is willingly and knowingly provided to us, either by creating a FleetAnalytix account or using the website. Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register for a FleetAnalytix ID, complete an online form, or when requesting information about or purchasing our Services.

  • Log In: Using your FleetAnalytix-associated login (such as FleetAnalytix ID), we allow you to sign into the secure portion of our website or a FleetAnalytix Solution. We also use your data to notify you of important news and alerts about our Services.

  • Improving FleetAnalytix: We use aggregated and personal data about you and/or your constituents’ use of our websites and the FleetAnalytix Services to develop, improve, and test those services.

Information Collected from Children

FleetAnalytix’s websites are for an adult, professional audience, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. Furthermore, we may restrict access to those who are at least 18 years of age.

We restrict access to personal information collected about you at our website to our employees, our affiliates’ employees, those who are otherwise specified in this Policy or others who need to know that information to provide the Services to you or in the course of conducting our business operations or activities. FleetAnalytix is headquartered in the United States of America. Any personal information you provide may be stored and maintained in a secure database in the United States. FleetAnalytix will maintain and use de-identified data only in a de-identified form and not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
